Tax and VAT
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply upon the package's arrival. The recipient is responsible for settling these fees; MCOOO is not liable. For detailed information, consult your local customs office. Recipients must adhere to local postal regulations regarding restricted items.
Free Shipping & International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA only. All products on our website qualify for free shipping within the USA. Shipping to other countries is not available.
Delivery and Shipping Process
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
For orders within the USA, delivery is estimated within 5-8 business days after shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to unexpected logistics situations.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mcooocarlights@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Our website does not support shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a door-to-door address.
